Homebuyers hear words like “green building” and “Energy Star”, and often they understand that these are good things, but have not ever heard the specifics of what these mean and the potential benefits. What is an “ENERGY STAR” home?
Homes earning the Energy Star rating must meet U.S. Environmental Protection Agency guidelines.
