Our favorite features to our Richmond spec home is the open floor plan. The kitchen featuring a huge custom circular island that opens to the two-story family room. The layout is perfect for everyday as well as entertaining. The Richmond also features a large master bath with an oversize shower and volume ceiling. The master bedroom is nestled away from the secondary bedrooms for additional privacy!

My favorite room in our decorated model home is the dramatic family room. Overstreet Builders family room includes a grand 18 foot 2-story ceiling which creates a spectacular view overlooking the family room from the second floor. The family room features a fireplace with 2 story soaring windows on both sides. This family room definitely has it all!!
