Highland II

    We have been looking for ranch homes in 55 or older community and when we were on Trulia we kept seeing ranch homes in your community. Could you direct our contact information to builders in this community who may be offering ranch homes with basements. We are looking to down size and searching for new homes with 2 to 3 bedrooms, den and 2+ baths.

    Each of our 9 Highland Woods featured builders are happy to work with their buyers to help design a floor plan that works best for them and nearly all of them currently offer a ranch floor plan.

    Who can I call to find a builder who can build a ranch home with a basement for a price in the $200K range?
    Do you have a 55 or older section in the community?
    Active Adult communities have snow removal and landscaping care as part of their HOA fee…do you have that?

    We do not have a 55 or older section in the Highland Woods community, however, all of our builders are happy to work with their buyers to help design a floorplan that works best for them. Nearly all of them currently offer ranch floorplans.
